Port Hedland

Port Hedland is the largest iron ore loading port in Australia and one of the largest in the world. Located in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia, the port recorded a throughput of more than 561 million tons between 2021 and 2022. Nearly all (98.6%) of that cargo was iron ore, which is used primarily to make steel.
